System Requirements
- iPhone with iOS 16.0 or later.
- Picture in Picture support enabled on the device.
- Internet access is recommended for time calibration.
Quick Start
- Open Rush Countdown.
- Enter an event name and set the target date, hour, minute, and second.
- Tap Sync to calibrate the timer with network time.
- Tap Start Picture in Picture.
- Switch to another app while keeping the countdown visible in the PiP window.
Accuracy and Time Sync
Rush Countdown is designed to make timing clear and easy to follow. The app can calibrate against network time, estimate round-trip delay, and fall back to additional time sources if the primary service is unavailable.
The Picture in Picture timer displays tenths of a second and refreshes the visual countdown at 0.1-second intervals.
Network quality, device performance, and third-party service availability can affect calibration. Rush Countdown is a visual timing aid and does not automate purchases or actions in other apps.
Frequently Asked Questions
Picture in Picture does not start. What should I check?
- Confirm that your iPhone supports Picture in Picture.
- Make sure Picture in Picture is enabled in iOS Settings.
- Start the countdown from inside the app first, then switch apps.
- If the PiP window closes, return to the app and tap Re-enter Picture in Picture.
The countdown feels early or late. What can I do?
- Tap Sync again before the target time.
- Use a stable Wi-Fi or cellular connection.
- Avoid comparing against unsynchronized clocks or websites that only show whole seconds.
Why did time calibration fail?
Calibration may fail if the network is unavailable, a time provider is temporarily unreachable, or the response is too slow to trust. The app will try fallback providers when possible.
Does the app buy tickets or perform actions for me?
No. Rush Countdown only provides a visible countdown timer. It does not click buttons, fill forms, bypass queues, or interact with third-party apps.
Can I change the display language?
Yes. The app supports Simplified Chinese, English, Japanese, Korean, German, French, and Spanish. You can choose a language in the app or follow the system language.
Privacy
Rush Countdown does not require an account. Time calibration uses network requests to time services, which may receive standard request information such as IP address and request time.
